30-Day Return Window

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Assembled furniture (unless defective)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@gravesfurnitureshop.com or call (704) 845-0550. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions and a return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our expense.

Restocking Fee

Returns due to change of mind may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns due to product defects or shipping damage are not subject to any fees.
