Graves Furniture Shop offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Larger furniture items may require additional handling time (3-5 business days) due to packaging and freight arrangements.
Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location within the United States.
Oversized items such as beds, sectionals, and large dining tables may take 5-10 business days for delivery via freight shipping.
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@gravesfurnitureshop.com or call (704) 845-0550. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier website.
